 Thank you for helping out with our GNST Fund Raiser!  Can you sign up one more person to help????

Many hands make light work!

 1).  Please supply 1 case (24) bottled water.

2).  Please bake 4 doz., cookies, bars, breads of your choice.

      Please make cookies large, approx. 4″

      Please cut bars or breads so they are also 4” wide and ¾  thick

 It is nice to try and make all our bake goods the same size as we will be selling them all for the same price: $2.00 each. If anyone likes to make rice crispy treats, they sell the best!

 3).  Please do not use Nuts or Peanut butter.

4).  Wrap each item with saran wrap or Cling wrap tightly and neatly.

      Label each item with small label, you can make them on your

      computer!

5).  Please put all your items in a box or bag and deliver them

      along with your Bottled Water on November 15, Monday (all day) or on November 16 Tuesday till 12:00 Noon only.

      Deliver to:  Deb Mallam’s house,  300 Parkhill Dr. Whitefish

      Her attached garage will be unlocked for you to put your

      items inside. Please mark your name on your box or bag and check your name off on the list on the door.

That time of year is fast approaching and Glacier Nordic Club is hosting Team Night on Sunday, October 24, from 5 to 7:30pm at the Saddle Club (building in front of the ice rink) in Whitefish.  Chili and BBQ items will be supplied – please bring a salad or desert or drinks to share and your own plates and silverware. 

 This is an opportunity to:

 Register for Teams

• Meet the new coaches: Robin Brooks – Comp and Rec; and Reid Sabin – Prep 
• Purchase gear at team prices (for registered Jet, Prep, Rec and Comp team skiers)
• Trade/sell your used gear
• Purchase team jackets and race suits
• Find out more about existing and new programs.

 Schedule:

• 5pm Dinner starts
• 6pm All skiers/parents will meet with respective coaches – Denny, Reid or Robin
• 5pm to 7:30 pm   RMO and Outback Ski Shack representatives available to order gear
• 5pm to 7:30 pm Register for GNST programs

We will forward pricing sheets for gear in the next week – it can be kind of overwhelming, particularly with multiple kids so it is helpful to come with a gear purchase plan in mind.

 Lastly, we know times are tough – scholarships are potentially available directly to families through the Whitefish Youth Opportunity Foundation – contact us for more information.
