We are now registering for all programs.  Prep team starts December 10th and the other programs start in January.

Scholarships are available for both Chet Hope and Junior Jets.  Thank you to the Whitefish Credit Union for providing scholarship funding.  Please email Robin at glaciernordicskiteam@gmail.com for more information.

Gear Rentals are available for all programs.  Jets and Prep team are rented through us; please email Robin at glaciernordicskiteam@gmail.com.  Chet Hope rentals are available though Glacier Nordic Shop and Cyclery in Whitefish; we will have an Open House for rentals and registration on Dec 17th from 4-6pm at Glacier Cyclery.

My family is coming to Whitefish on the 27th for a week of skiing. Some of us would like to try cross country (our grown children have never tried cross country) but we will be staying in a condo with no rental car. Is there transportation available to your facility? If so, how should we contact you when we are ready to cross country?

Thanks for your help and consideration.

    Andy

Do you rent skate ski stuff and how early do you open for rents? There is nothing about rentals on your website and no contact info. I find that strange……

      Hi Jenna,

Thanks very much for your inquiry. Glacier Cyclery and Nordic rents skate and classic skis at its Nordic Center located at the Whitefish Lake Golf Course.

You can also call the Nordic Center at (406) 212-9197 or (406) 862-9498 for more rental information or directions to the Center, which is open 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. daily. You can ski at any time of the day, evening, or night–the trails located at the golf course are lighted at night. Daily trail passes are $8.

Glacier Nordic Club grooms the trails at the golf course and on the Big Mountain Nordic Trails located at Whitefish Mountain Resort. Visit Big Mountain Nordic Trails for directions on how to get there.

We’ve had a lot of snow and the Nordic trails are shaping up nicely. Hope you have blast out there!
